Using ACC feature extraction methold proposed by Dong, the prediction is made based on the pre-established machine learning models of KNN(1).

• 1.Unifunctional Enzyme Prediction

  It will automatically predict which enzyme main-functional class it belongs to. In other words, it will fclassifies enzyme sequences into 6 classes:
  Oxidoreductases, Transferases, Hydrolases, Lyases, Isomerases, Ligases.

• 2.Multifunctional Enzyme Prediction

  User can predict novel Multifunctional Enzymes by providing protein primary sequence in fasta format. Some enzymes may belong to two or more classes mentioned above, and such enzymes are called Multifunctional Enzymes.
