1.Select your interesting organism,interaction type or classification
PNIDB provides two ways of searching this database: one is by selecting organism of the corresponding protein ,the interaction type(protein-DNA and protein_RNA interaction) or the classification of protein chains.
The other is searching the keywords globally, the result will list with matched data.
2.Detail imformation about interacting protein and nucleic acid
For each interaction, users can get detailed sequence information and binding site annotations by simply clicking the plus symbol at the left side of the table, PNIDB provide seperate fasta file of protein chain and nucleic acid chain for users to download, besides, PNIDB also provide visualization of each interaction with labels of contacting residues and nucleotides based on 3Dmol.js.

To facilite the relevent research, all the data on the PNIDB are publicly available for non-commercial use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium ,you can download them from the download page.
